K Studio was founded by M.Architect Kerime Vural in Ankara in 2023; It is a company that provides Architecture and Consultancy services.
K Studio; It prioritizes sustainability in buildings, function, the environmental relations of the buildings, aesthetics, energy conservation, ease of construction, building economy and cost targets and employer demands. K Studio is involved in the process of material selection throughout the construction process, on-site and effective control of manufacturing in the field and the suitability of detail solutions until the delivery of the structure to the end user.
Moreover to the education, mixed-use, healthcare, accommodation, residential, commercial and office buildings in its portfolio, it also maintains its experience in industrial buildings. In addition to its services in architectural project design, K Studio provides control, follow-up and coordination of the entire project process on behalf of the investor and contractor, effective and economical analysis of the projects, establishing relations with the administrations and obtaining the necessary approvals and permissions, managing the coordination process within the projects themselves and with other disciplines, and providing material selection support. It also provides architectural consultancy services to companies throughout the entire process, from selection to manufacturing controls.
Within the scope of consultancy services; K Studio Works on Fire Consultancy. It serves control of all architectural projects in terms of Fire Regulations of Turkey (BYKHY), Europe (EN) and USA (NFPA) and relevant legislation regarding ongoing projects and existing buildings that have been put into operation. It provides services for ensuring coordination between the engineering disciplines and drawing fire compartment and fire escape plans and making user load calculations. In addition, companies are given training on issues that need to be taken into consideration in buildings within the scope of the Fire Regulations.
